If you need to return an item, please read the guidelines below:

Product Condition

Returns are only accepted if the bag is sealed, unused, and in original condition. If the product is unsealed or used, we won't be able to accept the return.

Pickup Process

Once your return is approved, we'll arrange a pickup from your delivery address within 7–10 business days.

Refund Timeline

After we receive and check your returned product, your refund will be processed within 15 business days.
