Warranty Coverage
When We Provide Service:
Within Warranty Period â The bag is still covered under the valid warranty period from the date of purchase.
Zip or Runner Issues â If the zipper or runner of the bag is not working properly.
Stitching Problems â If the stitching of the bag comes out or becomes loose.
Replacement Cases â If the issue is major, hard to repair, or beyond service limits, the company may replace the bag with a new one of similar value and model (subject to availability).
Warranty Proof Required â When you come for bag service, you must bring the Warranty Card and one proof of purchase (such as a bill or receipt). If you do not have these documents, you must provide your registered phone number for verification.

Warranty Exclusions
When We Do NOT Provide Service:
Out of Warranty Period â If the bag is no longer within the warranty or service period.
Fabric or Material Damage â Damage to the bag's fabric, material, or cloth is not covered under this warranty.
Color Fading or Shading â Any color fading or shading due to sunlight, washing, or regular use is not considered a defect.
Misuse or Overloading â Damage caused by misuse, such as carrying more than the recommended weight limit, is not covered. The company shall not be responsible for such misuse.
Manufacturing Defects Beyond Repair â If the bag has a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired, replacement will be handled as per company policy. However, if the damage is due to customer misuse or external causes, service will not be provided.
Damage During Delivery or Natural Calamities â The warranty does not cover any damage caused during delivery, transportation, or due to natural events such as floods, fire, earthquakes, or other acts of nature.

Additional Terms
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
The company reserves the right to decide whether a bag will be repaired or replaced based on the type and extent of the defect.
This warranty does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The company's decision on all warranty claims shall be final and binding.
